PARTNER APARTMENT-HOTEL, available TO ONE-SEMESTER FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS (USC1, TUL1)

A pillar of the Parisian hospitality industry,听Citadines听offers 鈥榓partment-hotels鈥� in various locations with self-catered听apartments in full-service hotels. AUP has reserved听twin apartments (for two students)听as well as听studio apartments (for one student)听in centrally located听Citadines听hotels. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, knowing that you have a comfortable, fully serviced home waiting for you at the end of each day.

Our听Citadines听option is uniquely positioned to assist students in their transition to Paris due to the hotels鈥� front desks, where staff are available to answer students鈥� questions and concerns. We collaborate closely with Citadines听staff to ensure that our students have the best possible residential experience.

Citadines accommodations span two different locations across Paris Intramuros:

• Citadines Montmartre (10 single studios, 6 double spots)
• Citadines Austerlitz (10 single studios)

Citadines听offers the best of both worlds: students have their own studios or apartments, while also benefiting from the services and assistance of dedicated, attentive hotel staff. However, because Citadines听locations are not entirely occupied by AUP students, you will be sharing a floor and a building with guests who will expect the same level of courtesy, peace and quiet they would experience in any other hotel. We work closely with our听Citadines听partners to ensure that students fully enjoy their living experience while also being mindful of听Citadines regulations and not disturbing other guests.

• Citadines Montmartre: The Citadines Montmartre Residence is situated in the 18th arrondissement, which is best known for its cobbled streets, picturesque squares, quirky restaurants, cafes and cabarets. Living here, students will explore one of the most historic areas of the city, yet are just a 20-minute commute to the AUP campus.
• Citadines Gare d鈥橝usterlitz:听 Only a short walk from the picturesque Jardin des Plantes park and the left bank of the Seine, Citadines Austerlitz is ideally located for residents wishing to explore new neighborhoods in Paris. There are many train and metro lines in the area, making a well-connected area in the 13th arrondissement, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants.

roommate requests in housing preference form

For Citadines, roommate requests in the housing preference form can only be made for twin apartments 鈥� in that case, both students must list their preferred Citadines locations in the same order. Students cannot use the roommate request to ensure hallmate pairings (two students cannot both be guaranteed placement in two single studios in Citadines through the roommate request process).

GUEST POLICIES:

• Residents must register guests with the residence manager of their Citadines Aparthotel.
• Overnight guests will incur an additional charge per night 鈥� guest arrangements are secured independently between the student and the residence.
